Our garden club was founded in 1953. We are one of at least 13 different garden clubs on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our goal is to stimulate the love of gardening, to preserve the natural resources and wildlife of our town and to help beautify Brewster's roadsides and public places. To that end, we award an annual scholarship, support educational programs in the elementary schools, create holiday decorations for the town and tend numerous small public gardens in Brewster.
Our members meet at Brewster Town Hall on the first Wednesday of each month, from October through May. Programs begin at 10 am with a guest speaker followed by our business meeting and a light lunch. New members are always welcome.
